This was a fast, easy and friendly experience. Sean was great to deal with setting up the appointment. I wish he could've given me a better idea of what the offer might be in advance though. I gave a fairly good description of what I knew was wrong with my SUV, and felt the end offer was a bit low. A few $100 below what I expected. Aaron came to assess my SUV the next day. I don't think all the info I provided the day before was passed along. I again described the issues I knew of, as he inspected it.
